Our Policy

Our Policy (Please read before booking)

  

  • Every guest must come alone and arrive on time for their scheduled appointment. If you feel more comfortable you can wear a mask for the entire session but it is not required.
  • You must be 18+ to get this procedure done even with parental consent; ID is required 
  • NO EXTRA GUEST, kids, or pets allowed due to cross contamination and interruption of appointment  
  • All appointments require a non-refundable & non-transferable booking fee that goes toward the total cost of service
  • Payments can be made in cash (recommended) or credit/debit card. A 3% transaction fee will be charged for ALL card payments.
  • To reschedule an appointment a 72-hour notice is required. If you fail to reschedule 72 hours prior to your appointment you will forfeit your booking fee. Only ONE (1) time rescheduling is allowed.
  • If you choose to completely cancel the appointment you will forfeit your booking fee no matter the time frame. To reschedule you can text us at (214)-530-9404 or email us at browzandglory@gmail.com
  • NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED 50% of their scheduled service price and will be banned from booking indefinitely. To reschedule you can text us at (214)-530-9404 or email us at browzandglory@gmail.com
  • Any client arriving more than 15 minutes late will be subjected to an extra charge of $25 OR your appointment will be cancelled. Please be considerate of other clients time
  • Do not book if you have had previous work. If you've had any previous work done by another artist, please email browzandglory@gmail.com first and send clear pictures of brows BEFORE booking via email, text or IG message. All previous work that is accepted needs to book under the "previous work/correction" service and is taken as a new/initial service. If you come in to your appointment without notifying us of your previous work, your appointment will be cancelled and your booking fee will be automatically forfeited.
  • All results will vary per person depending on skin, lifestyle, bone structure, medications taken and aftercare
  • We are not liable for any changes to the brows once the final decision has been approved during shaping/consultation
  • PRICING IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE
  • Touchup is NOT included in the initial price
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any given reason
